Simple, But Not Easy…

It is a bold claim for a company to assert the creation of a new paradigm. But, the founders of The Consultants Company (TCC) wouldn’t have it any other way. Both are keenly aware that when Thomas Kuhn created the theory of the paradigm shift in 1962, he defined this shift as producing not just a different model, but one that was radically better. Although the shift could be simple, it was always formed through a complex process. Right along these lines, our business approach has been formed through detailed consultation with a wide range of clients and senior Consultants, as well as the creation of significant underlying models with a single question at the core: “What is wrong with consulting services?”

The result isThe Consultants Company, with its four disciplines created to drive domain expertise, while ensuring a completeness of complementary services that will enable us to maintain accountability for results. We hope you will agree that it is an idea whose time has come. At The Consultants Company, we don’t speak in terms of selling skills, or “bodies,” or Consultants; we describe our fundamental business as “Selling Success,” because if we haven’t applied our knowledge and skills to deliver a result that will help our clients, both individuals and organizations, achieve success against their goals and KPIs, then we haven’t done our job in planning and executing an expected outcome.
